LLegindary
The vortex crashed. When I reopened it, it had signed me out. I signed back in and none of my games showed up. I went and looked up the game and remananged it. Now, the mods are showing as never installed or disabled. They are still in the staging folder and the staging folder is set correctly. Couldn't find a solution online. I see no connection between why some mods were just disabled and some are showing as never installed. The majority of the ones showing disabled were downloaded on a different site, but not all.

LLegindary
Vortex version 1.13.7 modding Skyrim SE purchased on Steam. I don't know what error message it is associated with.
ChemBoy1
What was the crash message? It will be recorded in the logs. Sounds like the Vortex state was corrupted somehow. It's how Vortex keeps track of what mods are installed and enabled (and everything else that it tracks). You could try to restore a backup state to get your setup back. LLegindary
If you're talking about "Found an application state backup," then I have already tried that. As for the crash logs, this is a screenshot of the log I received after the issue. There are no crash reports before this. However, I know I had vortex open earlier in the day and when I got back, it was no longer open. The only thing I can assume happened was that it crashed.
