BG3 Mods Write Error

Hello. I'm trying to get the Use Highest Mod for BG3 to work. I've installed Script Extender, Mod Fixer, and Divine Tool as recommended. I am using Vortex version 1.9.5. When I click Purge or Deploy Mods, I get a "Failed to Write Load Order" message. I go to details and here is what it says.

Now I am also getting a chat error where my MC can't initiate conversation and the launcher says that there are mismatched files. How do I fix this?

Update your Vortex. You are on an extremely outdated version.

Ok, I've updated to version 1.13.7 and I am not getting the write error anymore. however, I still can't talk to anyone. I'm also still getting the mismatched files notification. When I open the game, Use Highest is finally showing up as an active mod. However, there is another mod showing up called Gustav that I can't enable.

I figured it out. There was a conflict with another mod.
