What Mods do you want to see for the Remasterd Version?

Recommended Posts

A skin/age map mod for the female(sorry body type 1) humanoid races such as Breton/Imperial/Redguard is sorely needed.  The rough sandpaper skin and dry, wrinkly lip textures make a female character at even the youngest setting still look like a 45 year old drug addict.  Bethesda did skin and age maps really well for Starfield so I don't see why they didn't just port those over.

Better eye textures and more hair styles(again, port some of the lore-friendly ones from Starfield) would be close runner-ups.

Is it possible to convert the old languages files into the remaster?

Unfortunately, it's only available in English, which I think is a shame. The immension is lost for people who are not native English speakers.

I want to see a mod that adds the scroll duplication exploit back in.

Just recently found this on YouTube. Almost as good as the scroll dupe glitch, just using chests instead. Sadly we won't be able to make the game sh*t out 10,000 cheese wheels and see them fly everywhere, but at least it's still possible to dupe.

Personally I have a small wish list if they are even possible (just a wish list, not expecting/demanding):

  1. OBSE (I know this one will likely be difficult and might take forever if at all)
  2. Racemenu type mod (or just better character creation overall) (I know this one will likely be difficult and might take forever if at all)
  3. CBBE
  4. More hairstyles
  5. Skill/attribute uncapper
  6. Enchantment Limit Remover (Add more than 1 enchantment to an item)
  7. Spell Creation Limit Extender/Remover (Allow creation of much more powerful spells)
  8. Reintroduce the fun exploits/glitches: (scroll dupe, enchanted item fortify attribute stacking , etc)
  9. Combat Lock-on
  10. Parry

My modding requests goes for fixing some issues before adding new features.

1. Looting a box- if there is more than 2 arrows, but I don't want to pick up other items from it, I don't want a slider to count how many arrows I want to pick up. It's obviously always all of them!  No need a slider. It annoys the heck out of me. It might be an original annoyance from the base game, but that doesn't make me like it.

2. Some potions are 0.2 weight others are 0.5.  Probably an easy mod (don't ask me I haven't modded in a long while) , but light weight potions is another first day download for me. I totally forgot that in both Oblivion and Skyrim, potions weigh 0.5 in vanilla and since I'm almost always an alchemist with all my characters , I make a ton of potions to be sold so I always ran the light weight potions and ingredients mod.

3. Running animation is horrendous. There are also places feel like I'm ice skating, like up a mountain it no longer feels like walking or running, but more like sliding upward. Again, maybe something that was in the og game, but we moved on ever since.

4. The small star light illusion spell is useless. It seems like some lighting effects are missing from the game or not well implemented. Flame ball nicely light up the surrounding but actual light- spell that supposed to create a lamp light like effect doesn't. Maybe I need to find a better spell, but regardless the star light spell is completely useless.

5. Character faces. My god...I have a high level of tolerance, but clicking the random character creator and I couldn't find one single good looking face. Same with the NPCs too. Every time I talk to someone, the first thing pops in my mind is "this one needs a new face".
