Can someone share their Plugins.txt file that has the standard version of the game (Not the Deluxe Version)

I have the deluxe edition on Steam and I got 3 additional plugins being loaded in the game and I am not sure if these plugins come with the base game or if they only are included in the deluxe edition.]

You can find the Plugins.txt file in your steamapps/common/Oblivion Remastered/Content/Dev/ObvData/Data

@destinyPowaa

Thank you. Can you also please tell me the file size of each of these plugins. An easy way to get the file sizes is by opening a terminal in the steamapps/common/Oblivion Remastered/Content/Dev/ObvData/Data directory and enter the following command  bash -c 'ls -l' which will list all of the files in the directory and their sizes in bytes.

That's strange. I don't have that file at all.

I did some more testing by disabling and enabling the deluxe DLC in Steam and this is what I found...

When I load a save that had the deluxe DLC loaded before, it seems to load the save with no issues and no errors. However it will remove the contents from the deluxe DLC. I did a test by talking to Ilav Dralgoner at the Kvatch Encampment to start the A Wound In Time quest, saved my game, then disabled the DLC and relaunched the game, loaded the save and no errors but the quest was gone in my quests. I saved the game and then enabled the DLC, launch the game and loaded the newest save and the A Wound In Time quest was not in my quests menu. I was able to talk to Ilav Dralgoner and start the quest again.
