Face textures, what am i doing wrong?

so trying to fix this for several days now, can't work out what i'm doing wrong, plugin works perfectly, but the esm doesn't have the face textures loading, i bake both FCT and Chargen, crtl +f4 to export the facegen, archive the files, and then create the master file. (as shown in the pictures) but no luck. (quests that are archived work perfectly, it's just the faces)

 

anyone able to help, i've tried asking starfield modding reddit, and the starfield modding discord, but haven't gotten any help thus far that fixes the issue

problem's fixed, i didn't rename the texture and mesh folder to .esm at the end
