Mod request: possible martigen's Monster mod/Francesco's leveled creatures and items mod

I know that It would be something quite long, but what do you think about these two mods? They were two of the First mods I had installed for my original Oblivion and I think that they would make the remastered version greater (for those Who like these mods, of course). Obviously, the additions of the new enemies should be based only on already existing models, but It could be worthy a try.
