Oblivion Ui Mod Ideas

Just a list of ideas. They could be hard or impossible to develop but concetpually I would love these things. Feel free to DM me for any reason. 

-Allow moving while using quick item menu

-I doubt its possible, but slowing the game while using the item equip menu would be really nice 

-One quick select wheel for positive potions

-One quick select wheel for negative potions

-Selling panel more similar to other games. Allow selling of multiple Items at once

-Diabling the pop up for (pick up x amount) when it comes to arrows

-A mod that makes you only take useful items when you press loot all

-A 'Halo Sword' effect on stabbing animations would be amazing. The issue is it wouldnt benefit slashing as much but stab animations locking on would be amazing. Its horrible when you do a power attack and it doesnt connect
