Are there any mods that let you hold shift/etc to just select one item from a stack, and/or change the default to "all"?

I had a mod like that back in the day. Every time I try to sell an item I have 4 of to a merchant and have to click an extra time becauise the quantity slider pops up and I just want to sell all of them, I die a bit inside.
