fallout new vagas fallout new vegas nail polish mod for female NPCs

So most of the mods I've looked through would give you an item which would allow you to wear the nails but I was thinking that it should probably be like a body texture specifically for the hands or feet if you wanna go up and beyond and having them show up for only the female NPCs in the game. The other mods would just add them to your character and not every other npc.

I would suggest when making the mod to just include one type of nail type in the game like for example french manicures. (I apologize if this is confusing to read)

What I basically mean is like give all females this nails and being able to customize it to making it long, short and etc.

Oh and probably have it also work in fallout new vegas multiplayer as well
