Does Ultra+ Mod Manager (and Ultra+ graphics, enhanced raytracing) play nice with Vortex MM?

I've installed some ultra+ mods using the ultra+ mod manager. Wondering if I should use Vortex MM to install a bunch of other mods for Oblivion remastered. Or do it manually...
