Map mod to mark locations as "Visited"/"Complete", and/or ability to create custom map markers

It's been so many years since I last played Oblivion properly, and coming back from Skyrim has made me miss the small QoL that is auto-marking completed loctions.

I'm humbly requesting for a mod the adds a hotkey, that adds something like "Complete" to the end of the hovered location name string, as well as the ability to mark custom locations on the map (although the latter is more of a bonus)
