[Mod Request] More choice max FPS option - Oblivion Remastered

For some strange reason, we don't have many options for choosing the available frames per second in the game [30/60/120/unlimited].
I wanted something more accurate for my monitor (75).
My game is set to 120 FPS, so I lost lot of power for nothing.

If anyone knows how to manually edit the config file or create a mod for more options, I'd be delighted.
A [30/60/80/100/120/165/180/240/unlimited] might be more accurate for almost any monitor.
