GagaGotcho
Hi all, The remaster made me want to enjoy the old classic again, and I decided to do some slight modding to add unique things to the game as a few surprises. However, I noticed that some shadows / lightning can bug out and flicker constantly. Is there some setting in any of these mods that I missed? I am use BETHIni and turned on HDR and turned off self shadow. Any help is appreciated.
GagaGotcho
It is most noticeable so far in the above-ground ruins of Vilverin. The shadows jerk back and forth, and pop-in on the central ruins is incredibly noticeable as well.
AndalayBay
That load order needs sorting. Sort your load order with LOOT and then rebuild your Bashed Patch. That might fix your issue.

This is my sorted list, with LOOT detecting no changes.
AndalayBay
It needs to look the same in Wrye Bash. The best way to do it is to launch Loot from Wrye Bash. You should see the icon at the bottom of the WB window. Also make sure you do not have Lock Load Order set in Wrye Bash. See the WB general readme if you don't know what I mean. RomanR
Although I can't dismiss a possibility of mod doing this, I rather suspect some graphics OBSE plugin like Oblivion Reloaded (there's some forks like Lite or E3) or tools like ENB or Reshade, if you use any. Mainly their combinations together can result in graphical glitches if not configured properly. Does problem disappear efter disabling mods? I am not trying to be obtuse, but I do not see a difference. I typically open it using Wyre Bash. I will run it again now.

The only direct OBSE plugin I am using is Oblivion Display Tweaks. I can try uninstalling it.
