[Mod Request] Elemental Enchants take visual Priority

So the remaster essentially grabbed the overflowing enchants mod from Skyrim and included it in the game as baseline. Personally, I like that they did this, but there's only one problem.

When making a custom weapon, there's no way to control what visual effects take priority, and if you are making an actual good weapon, which will include things like Weakness to Magic and Weakness to Element on-hit, those effects take priority and your weapon just has this purple glow to it instead of whatever elemental damage you put on it.

Please, make a mod that changes the priority of enchantment visual effects so if you want to make that Fire damage 20 Pts 1 Sec, Soul Trap 1 Sec, Fire Weakness 1 Sec, Weakness to Magic 4 sec weapon it actually has a burning effect, otherwise I'll need to use actual weapons that the game hands you which often are much less effective.
