Unable to download mods with Mod Manager

Hi.

Originally I downloaded all mods manually. Decided now to finally do it via "mod manager download, but each mod is launuching ME3Tweaks - even when I have BG3 mod manager already opened.

Any ideas what may cause it? Thanks!

I imagine it's because this site's manager is Vortex.
