Adding perk to player on quest start

I have the quest, Scripts fires, everything functions as normal on PC. When I port xbox, it doesnt work. There are no SE parameters being used at all. The scripts are all being added to the archives correctly.

In the mod, I have 2 seperate quest scripts both adding different perks to the player. Is it possible xbox cant handle multiple scripts trying to accomplish this at once? 

 

I will test in the morning and find out, but Im hoping someone else may share some insight. 100% works on PC, but not on Xbox.
