mod request [Mod Request] DUAL HANDS Use

No ideea why we cant use both hands to do more things, but it would be a completion of the game if we could. 

Block with Torch (with lesser effect ofc but still)
Cast spell with Left Hand while 1H Melee weapon in Right Hand
Dual Wield Weapons
Casting with both hands, same or different spells, enhancing the spell power and animation when u use same spell for both hands.
