Mod Request Oblivion Remaster - Remove Lucien Lachance's hood and add him as companion

The OG Oblivion game had a mod where you have Lucien as a companion, and I'd love to have that in the remastered as well.

I'd also love to see if there is a mod where you can remove Lucien's hood because I am curious how the developers remade him and the hood hides almost all his features.

If someone can make this, I would be super happy, thank you so much! <3
