BG3 not loading only SOME mods? (Fixed: Happens when I skip the launcher)

Edit: I fixed it. It was happening because I was skipping the launcher. I've always skipped it so I don't know what changed.

I use BG3MM. (To note: nothing is being moved to the disabled section in BG3MM, the mods just aren't being loaded?). I'm not sure what mods are and aren't loading other than MCM is working, but not any MCM dependent mods (my load order hasn't changed). I also know that the skip press any key isn't working. I haven't investigated too much into exactly what is and isn't being loaded, I can if it's relevant. I've experienced the issue with a specific mod disabling all mods, but this is the first time I've experienced only some mods not LOADING on launch. I've done so much troubleshooting at this point so I'm stumped. Anyone know why this could be happening?
