What (if anything) should I do about "Bad form" messages in the log?

I am making a mod for TTW, and when loading up the mod in the GECK i get a list of "FORMS: Bad form 11005B92 could not be removed from the file." (number in example is just on of several different ones), appreciate any feedback on this issue!
