[Mod Request] mood mod and dynamic mood expressions/animations

I have noticed theres an unused actor value called mood in Skyrim, changing it through the console doesn`t appear to affect the player`s character in any way. The only mod I`ve found affecting mood was released in 2016 for skyrim LE [ https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70639?tab=posts ] and i have not tested it but with OAR and DAR it would be completely different. Survival mode and time passing or combat could affect mood and the character expressions or even combat animation or idle animations etc.
