I need help fixing my fallout 3

Yesterday i started to play Fallout 3 goty on stream i had the game in my library but i didn't fall in as i didn't like the gun play, but when i started playing a put in a few mods in to make my playthrough more fun! i had already mod New Vegas and it was all fun unit i found a safe as i want to lock pick it i got a White glow that cover the lock at first i through it was a bug and through nothing on it but it kept coming back anytime i lock pit and it even effect any scope weapeons i use even  Terminals were i can't see anything and even effect the character maker at the start of the game! i don't know what to do i try to look at forms from steam and reddit even download mods that said well fix it but nothing i try to delete and redownloading deleting all the files but nothing is working what should i do and should i try to connect steam?

One of your mods is causing your grief. If you are using a mod manager to install your mods, you need to use that to first remove any mods that may be affecting those textures.
