[Mod Request] [Oblivion Remastered] Unpause the game when reading a book

I find the wait function to be non-immersive and thought it would be a better idea to be able to read lore books instead. I know there exists a few mods for Skyrim that do this, particularly Skyrim Souls and Living Takes Time. I don't know if porting those over is an option. If anyone can make this it would be appreciated!
