[Mod idea: Oblivion Remastered, difficulty scaling rewards]

Curious if anyone else would think a mod that scales rewards with difficulty settings would be cool?

Whether that's experience, skill or level wise or some other rewards.

I recognize the appeal to increasing the difficulty in the game and I do it too, but I also can't help feeling it's a bit like self flagellation
