[Mod Request: Oblivion Remastered, scroll of town portal]

So hard to resist the packrat instincts like always... just feels immersion breaking to get on my horse with 8000lbs in my bag and suddenly zip across the continent. Obviously a scroll with an oblivion like portal with a recolour to blue or something would be super sick but even just a teleport to specific town would be really cool. I personally like the scroll part rather than a spell for those early diablo vibes with crypt delving, always prepping your gear and supplies and having your town scroll.
