Mods Details/List view for managing mod files

Currently managing mod files displays a large grid that makes poor use of space.
It would be ideal if this could instead be a compact table with columns for file details and actions.

Much of the same reasoning as displaying search results in a list applies here.
It'd much easier to skim through and see everything at a glance, and much easier to manage pages with many files.
