Oblivion Remaster - Nirnroot location spell or quest markers

The Seeking Your Roots quest to gather a ton of Nirnroot can be annoying. There are a couple ideas I've had to solve that.

First, adapt the Clairvoyance spell so that it takes you to the nearest Nirnroot plant. Ideally the standard Clairvoyance will just point to Nirnroot during the quest stages where you have to gather the plant. A custom Nirnroot-seeking spell would also work for after the quest is complete, but spell list clutter is a real thing.

Alternatively, any time Seeking Your Roots is an active quest, quest markers show up on the compass to point to Nirnroot plants. UESP says there are 309 total plants, but 309 quest markers would be a lot. Thankfully the plants don't respawn, but hundreds of markers could hit some engine limit I'm not aware of.
