Mod idea for palworld, standalone mod: Shared Electricity and shared memory (Share electricity between bases and level up bases that have mixed requirements fulfilled)

A mod that does 2 things as a standalone mod:

------------------- shared electricity -----------------------

Shares electricity - if you're producing electricity at one base, it gets shared with all other bases.

----------- shared electricity ---------------------

Shared memory - if you've already built a bases level up requirements at another base, it is shared in another bases memory for those requirements.

Base 1 - having a cookpot, wheat plantation but no mill.

Base 2 - having a mill.

From this both bases can be upgraded, as long as they share the requirements.
