[Mod Request] Spellmaking and Enchanting Unrestrained

I'm requesting for someone to make a mod that lowers the overall cost of magicka for spellmaking, while also increasing the values of both the Magnitude, and Duration of spellmaking.  Additionally, on top of that, I'm also requesting a mod that allows you to add multiple Enchantments onto clothing, armor, and jewelery like your can for weapons, while also increasing the value of enchantments and soul gems used for enchanting.
