Annoying character glow(

Hello everyone! I have a problem with the character and npcs glow... It's been bothering me for a long time, in general... I don't know which mod is responsible for this (I have more than 900 of them installed).
In the dark, in the shadows and just at night, the edges of the character are highlighted in red, both with ENB on and off. Before ENB, I installed ReShade, but completely removing this software did not help.
Maybe someone knows how to get rid of this annoying effect?

P.S. I also have the ENB Lights mod and other add-ons installed, but disabling them also doesn't solve this problem.
