Vortex dot Net Application Bundle Error: Bundle Header version compatibility check

Vortex constantly throws error and attempts to reinstall dot net 6 (which installer fails to do so.)  Have run through multiple solutions on the dot net common solution post and manually uninstalled/reinstalled dot net, and vortex.

Dot net 6.026 and 6.036 are installed.

Program Files folder, vortex and dotnet folder  all have ALL APPLICATIONS PACKAGES and ALL RESTRICTED  APPLICATIONS PACKAGES added under security.

Is there anything obvious I might be missing?

What version of Windows and Vortex are you using? Have you tried running the .NET installer from Microsoft website, outside of Vortex?
