tim1579 Posted April 19 Posted April 19 Hello I truely think you guys should have a option to just pay for a month instead of being put onto a subscription. like have a 1 time fee and thats it. and when the month runs out the system would let u know it has expired bec i dont download mods daily or sometimes i only do it couple times a month and go few months not modding the game for a while. I would like to just pay for a month whenever i feel like modding my game and not go o i forgot i been paying for this for half a year and not useing it.
EzioTheDeadPoet Posted April 19 Posted April 19 You can cancel the subscription directly after paying for the 1st month and it will not auto renew and be like a one month payment. Unless you request a refund you should keep premium for the rest of the month.
Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted April 22 Community Manager Posted April 22 Ezio is correct, although I can understand the request to not set up a subscription at all, too!
glenick1 Posted May 13 Posted May 13 Why is the only option to pay for premium a credit card? I don't own one and it's absolutely stupid that this is the only payment method (Paypal also forces you to have a CC linked). I want to download a collection with over 1500 mods but ain't clicking that button 1500 times. Why are you guys allergic to adding more payment methods. Missing a lot of money like this. Why can't you just add an option to buy 1 month for a certain price instead of covering it up like a subscription
Staff Solution Iluviel Posted May 28 Staff Solution Posted May 28 We accept Debit and Credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Very few other payment methods support subscriptions, which is our business model. We have no plans now, or in the future, to introduce one-time payments.
