Arrows Shot Into Player Remain Visible

In original Oblivion, arrows shot into the player lasted for some time and could even accumulate to horrific levels. In the remaster, they are there for only a second and then disappear. It was one of the first things I noticed was different about the remaster and it was really disappointing, because I personally love the increased immersion and connection that this little detail creates, as you can really see what your character is going through during an intense battle. If somebody was able to reimplement this, it would be incredible.
