That could refer to two different things, both of which I'm on board with. You might be referring to a HUD clock display with real or in-game time or even both. The other is to add actual clocks into the game-world. OG had a fantastic mod called Clocks of Cyrodiil, that added in-game clocks all over, like on city street corners, and in taverns, etc. I'm hoping for both of these ideas.
