During this time the range maybe unavailable. Some time (at least 4 hours) after meeting Takemura you can get the call from Wilson about the comptetion, once you have completed the competition, leave the ara and return, the range/mod will now work for the rest of the game" If you use Wilsons Range and try the door to the range during this time .... the game will CTD. That is how bad it is. The mod "Practice makes Perfect" does't work during this time. If you play CP2077 and have the "Playing for Time" quest active ... it is best to see Tak right away .... accessing modded features during this period may mess up your save IMO. It is not mysterious .... it is bugged for mods .... and quite a few mods don't work and may be messing up your save if you use them before seeing Takemura
