Images/Videos Images uploaded in the Hidden category don't show on profiles when unhidden

Summary

If a user uploads an image in the "Hidden" category, then later edits it to change it to a public category, the image is never added to the search and therefore will not appear on their profile page. 

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload an image, selecting the category of "Hidden".
2. Edit the image after posting and change the category to something other than "Hidden". 
3. Check the site search and the content owner's profile and see the image is no visible but can be viewed by other users with a direct link. 

Expected Behaviour

Removing an image from the "Hidden" category makes it visible on the site.
