Search Allow the same words with different spelling variations to be shown in Search Results

Hopefully the title is clear enough.   I personally spell "colour" with a "u", so that's going to be the example I use for this suggestion.

I was curious if the Search could display results for both "color" and "colour" at the same time. It sadly cannot. A separate search must be run for both spelling variations. On Skyrim Special Edition alone, the count was 290 (color) vs 30 (colour). None of those mods overlapped on the search results, so depending on how you spell the word, you're either going to miss out on 290 mods or 30 of them.

Could something please be done to help the Search recognize that they are the same word, just spelled differently?
