[Mod Request] Activate Kerenzikov while dashing/dodging or sliding without the need for aiming, or blocking.

I would love to see a Kerenzikov mod that activates solely when dashing/dodging or sliding. While also adding in settings that give the player the ability to customize time dilation, player movement in relation to the time dilation, and cooldown of the ability.  I know there are other Kerenzikov mods that are similar, but don't seem to accomplish what I want to see. I would like it to activate every time I dodge/dash or slide. x)
