I have a few weapon mods that are conflicting in how they edit WeaponLLinject.pex, according to Vortex. So how can I find and check this on xEdit to fix this issue and resolve the conflict? 

Or are edits to WeaponLLinject.pex totally fine regardless of load order?

Are they conflicting because they are trying to edit WeaponLLinject.pex or are they conflicting because they all use the same script, WeaponLLinject.pex?

I'm guessing the latter? Here's a screenshot from Vortex cause I don't know how to find WeaponLLinject.pex on xEdit

You don't need to worry about that.    That is the same script that is added by a bunch of mods.

Since they are all the same - the last one wins - the rest will complain.   It's how it goes....

You can safely ignore that.    The details of HOW that mod wants things injected are in each individual mod - not in the script.

FWIW, you will see the same thing going on with "PersistantSubgraphInfoAndOffsetData.txt" with a lot of weapon mods.

Just ignore it - you don't need to worry about that either.
