Tracking/Notifications Add an option to only send Tracked Mod notifications on "My Games"

I've been active on this site for years and always use the Track Mod feature to save personal modlists. This means I have Tracked Mods for many games that I have no intention of returning to in the near future. I don't want to untrack anything just in case I do revisit them, but it's pretty annoying getting spammed with mod update notifications for those games.

If we had an option to only receive notifications for "My Games" it'd be sweet.
