Wuerfelhusten Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I propose the implementation of advanced sorting functionalities within the "Requirements" and "Mods Requiring This File" tabs on Nexus Mods mod pages. Currently, the lists within these sections are presented without user-definable sorting parameters. Introducing the ability to sort these lists by criteria such as: Download Count: To quickly identify the most widely used or essential prerequisite files, or the most popular mods building upon a specific framework. Endorsements: To highlight highly-regarded or community-approved dependencies and dependent mods. Upload Date: To easily discover the newest additions to the ecosystem, whether they are recently uploaded requirements or the latest mods utilizing a particular base. This enhancement would be particularly beneficial for the "Mods Requiring This File" tab. For mod authors, it would allow them to see which dependent mods are gaining traction or are the newest. For users, it would significantly streamline the process of discovering relevant and up-to-date content that builds upon a mod they are interested in, or a framework they already use. By providing these sorting options, users would gain greater control and efficiency in navigating the complex web of mod dependencies and discovering new content, ultimately enriching their modding experience.
