[Mod Request] UI keybinds don't change when using HE keyboard / dual input!

Getting the game to set up to work with a hall effect keyboard is fantastic. However, every time we move the hotkey prompts on the interface (quickslots, radio, phone etc) all change as if we're using an actual controller / game pad.

Super annoying!
