subaverage Posted June 21 Posted June 21 This mod has some pipes: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/79622 and a working watering system. With mods like "Place Everywhere" you could surely place them on walls.
Deshebist39 Posted June 21 Posted June 21 Woody's Wasteland Stuff - This model has water pipes and chimney pipes that connect. There is a boiler for heating water. 1

Deshebist39 Posted June 21 Posted June 21 A small village with 10-15-20-25 inhabitants cannot have the same level of personal comfort and privacy as in the modern world. A communal bathhouse and communal kitchen would be adequate for such a settlement!

For me, this is nonsense. The whole settlement system is more or less collecting junk parts and nail them together elsewhere and I always asked myself why people couldn't do better after all this time. So, I for myself, after all these years playing Fallout left post-war settlement building behind me long ago.

For me, this is nonsense. I respectfully disagree. The concepts have been around for 70+ years. In the Vanilla game you have many concrete based buildigns as well. I see no reason why this style should be an issue with the prewar universe. also one is always free to add the Fallout 4 faces to the building walls for added conformity to observed prewar style.

Я не вижу причин, по которым этот стиль должен быть проблемой в довоенной вселенной. Кроме того, всегда можно добавить лица Fallout 4 к стенам зданий для большего соответствия наблюдаемому довоенному стилю. I'm not against brick and concrete houses. I vote for them with both hands. That's why I used Workshop Rearanged before. The structures from this mod are simpler and fit the lore. And it has great simple small windows! I see buildings from the mod you suggested every day: already built or under construction. With such windows.

They can ask to fix pipes instead, or themselves put those beautiful adjustable wrenches to work finally. Basically, every manager out there is automatically incompetent at his place. Lower staff always has work to do, which would be unnecessary if heads were competent enough for their scope of duties. Edited June 21 by hereami
Frogzilla82 Posted June 22 Posted June 22 The thing of the fallout world, there are no factories producing cement, bricks, wood, and the like. So it's based on what a person can salvage from places in the world. anything new/modern looks out of place.
Deshebist39 Posted June 22 Posted June 22 Mod - This Settlement Does Not Need Your Help - BS Defence Redon. I used it in my previous playthrough. It worked. I'm just dreaming... To be fair, to get players motivated to develop settlements and take care of settlers, you need to make military mechanics that take into account the armor worn by settlers and the stats of their weapons. I think this would not be difficult for modders. However, it is not possible to implement this in the game itself—Bethesda's engine does not allow for it. In other words, only Bethesda itself can do this.
