dashannes Posted June 11 Posted June 11 (edited) In the current game, the difficulty for the final encounter of the main story (Act III, Lumiere, Renoir) is tuned for players to more or less go there immediately after defeating the paintress. Players who explore most of Act II side content first, to then conclude the story, arrive in Lumiere so overleveled that the encounter becomes trivial and anticlimactic. To have a more comprehensive story-pacing that encourages players to do most Act III side activities, I suggest to re-level Act III Lumiere to be on par with Renoir's Drafts, a high level zone. This will make the story progression more natural, making the main story conclusion one of the main challenges rather than a trivial side-activity. In an ideal world, this mod would include options (e.g. via an ini file) to re-level other zones as well, with one or several suggested presets. Edited June 11 by dashannes 1
