[BUG] : Vortex can no longer sort load order if there is a ghost plugin

Vortex version: 1.14.2

Game: Fallout New Vegas

Since the last update I can no longer sort my load order in Vortex if I have ghost plugins.

I have the same issue. I disabled the ghost plugins, sorted, and reenabled them. I still can't find another solution.

Been a long time user of Vortex and I might have caused these conditions accidentally myself, but I believe they are more due to the recent big update.

1.  If any plugin is ghosted, all LOOT operations fail.  The only solution is to unghost plugins or delete ghost plugins.

2.  the mod name in the plugins tab no longer shows the normal mod name, instead mirroring the plugin name.
