Vortex stopped installing mods

I encountered this problem, Vortex can no longer download mods for cyberpunk 2077
it doesn't matter what kind, be it weapons, clothes or an just update

to be a little more specific Vortex installs them but I don't see them in the game itself
for example, I decided to update a mod that I had downloaded a long time ago and it just disappeared from the game
