Vortex bug when cloning Collections, thinks installed mods are not available

I was using version 1.4.1 and modding Skyrim AE on Steam. 

I built a collection and uploaded it, then I removed it from the system and reinstalled it from Nexus and cloned it. 

I did some edits and wanted to upload a revision to the collection, but Vortex told me some of the collection mods are not on the system. 

I verified they all were installed (see attached files) with the same exact version numbers, but Vortex would not budge.

I thought it was hopeless, but when I removed the mods from the Collection and added them back (no reinstallation of anything), Vortex recognized them and I could upload an update. 

This has happened to me with both collections I manage.

There is also another bug where the collection itself refuses to recognize its completion, but that bug is another story.
