Neonisys Posted June 16 Posted June 16 This sites earned a great reputation over the years. Yet Dark steps down and suddenly trans flags are gone and sex positive mods are being blocked and deleted. Don't s#*! up this site, this is one of the good ones, we deserve better. And we've had it for years. 2
showler Posted June 16 Posted June 16 You can't possibly imagine that's happening on the same day Robin announces the sale?
Arneercool Posted June 16 Posted June 16 It seems the new owners are Danish based. Like myself. I can only hope the general openness, sexual liberation, and education level of Denmark translates to the day to day function of this site. And I have hopes.

Gad vide hvad det her kommer til at betyde for Nexus' fremtid. Ifølge Dark0ne så kommer det ikke til at ændre på så meget for os. Men det må tiden jo vise. English: Did the Danes take over Nexus Mods? I wonder what this will all mean for the future of Nexus. According to Dark0ne, it's not going to change much. But time will tell. piber20 Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Haven't seen any mods like that being blocked and deleted, but I could be wrong. I just want to pop in and say if enshittification starts and people get silenced, I'm 100% out. Don't mess this up, NexusMods. 1
Arneercool Posted June 16 Posted June 16 (edited) Det er helt galt, nu er der to af os. Men ja, bliver lidt spændende at se hvad fremtiden bringer for nexus. Better turn back to english now so people don't think we are weirdos. But too late i guess. Edited June 16 by Arneercool 1
Squirrel97 Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Sorry, I forgot to add English translation to my previous post. I have just edited the post and added it. Anyway. Dark0ne seemed confident that these were the right people for the job. I haven't seen any LGBT mods being removed.
Arneercool Posted June 17 Posted June 17 I think common sense applies. And sexuality is not really a political thing around these parts. It's not really anywhere, but that is a whole other discussion. 1
kellie00 Posted June 17 Posted June 17 I completely agree, this site has been a vital space for trans and LGBT+ support, and it’s important to protect that. yes sexuality is not a political this around these parts.
