I really hope you fix this asap its very annoying not to say frustrating on the overall interaction with the site. In fact its a major design flaw.

I personally really like this new block system!

People who don't want to see specific mods can always block specific tags? (Especially since the addition of the "LGBTQ+" tag)
Or there could be two different function; block (current system) and "mute", which would work like before; only blocking the person' creations and not their comments? 

But please, keep the current block function available somewhere. A lot of people (who aren't active on Nexus forums) enjoy it and use it. 
It makes the website really comfortable to browse, not having to see people you have blocked (for personal reasons or simply because they're trolls) in comment sections or on public threads.

I like the new system too. If i block someone it’s for a reason and that reason is to not have to see them anywhere.

There should not be a block function for any mods. We all know that this will be misused to exclude certain people.

But it might be a good idea to tone back pictures on the really vulgar stuff overall. And I'm fine with it on the forums and chat.

I like the new block function! It allows me to not have to see people's comments or their mods if I don't want to, but still allows them the freedom to download whatever they want. I really appreciate the balance of personal safety and freedom you guys have implemented with it, it has made my experience of the site all the better

It's common on many sites to have a block function that has sub-choices.

* Block User XXXXX

      + block DMs

      + block Posts

       + block images

       + block other content

 

Given the way Nexus Mods is set up, something similar to this would probably be helpful.

We've added a task to explore this as an improvement in the future. I don't know if or when it will be looked at but the feedback has been recorded

You were pretty fast to restore certain game images back to normal and even add much more appropiate images last time you changed these a couple of weeks ago. Im looing forward to see the blocking feature to be more adaptive, optional.
