Not really a newbie but not sure how to submit a suggestion about mods search terms

I would like to suggest there be added a way to exclude mods by keywords, along with the other search terms already available.  I didn't see a "Suggestions" forum, so anyone have an idea who I should contact, or where I should put the suggestion?
